Financial Policy
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:
- If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.
- To fit the needs of our patients, we offer three convenient in house payment options without running a credit report.
- Payment in full with a discount
- Interest free financing during treatment time with low down payments.
- Lower-down, low monthly payments with interest extending past treatment time.
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will become passive or discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary difficulties.
Flex and Health Care Benefits
We are glad to help give you the documentation needed to benefit by using your flexable spending account or health care spending account for your orthodontic treatment. Keep in mind to use flex benefits or health care spending accounts you need to allot the dollar amount that will be needed in the upcoming year during your enrollment at your place of employment. If you have any questions regarding your flex benefits or health care benefits, please feel free to call or email our financial coordinator or treatment coordinator.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans. If you have insurance, we will glady call and verify your coverage for you. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you in a convenient payment plan.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
